Caffeine - derived from Robusta beans. Caffeine is an alkaloid that exhibits stimulating, energising and performance-enhancing effects, which is why it is so readily added to many drinks and dietary supplements.
Pour 7.5 g of coffee (3 full teaspoons) into a mug and pour in hot water about 160 - 180 ml, stir. Add milk and sugar or sweetener according to your preference.

Do not exceed one serving per day. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients.
