Please be careful and do not risk for a few pounds difference by using illegal services of different drivers, often with criminal past, who have no experience, insurance and authorization for commercial passenger transport and may have health or legal problems and are even wanted by an appointment letter in Poland. Be careful and do not be fooled by all kinds of PSEUDO companies that have nice websites, business cards for customers or fan pages on FB but have nothing to do with legality. You will not find any office address, fixed telephone number or operator's licence number there, i.e. a pseudo KRZAK company, which is there today and if something happens to someone, it will be gone tomorrow. Even the biggest idiot, as it is generally said, can buy a car and advertise that he or she will drive it to the airport, while safety and health are priceless, because the consequences can last for years, not only in terms of health, but also financially.

Please remember not to order courses directly from drivers, this is illegal, the PCO licence and driver's insurance alone, has the value of toilet paper if the course is not registered with the company. Even if any driver has a PCO licence, you lose all consumer rights and insurance during the journey, which the company guarantees, but you do not have these with the driver. Often drivers, out of a desire to make a profit, deceive customers by saying that they have the appropriate licence, not informing them of course that you have no rights or insurance during the course. In the event of any damage, you could lose thousands of pounds because the course is not registered, insured and reported to the OPERATOR. If something happens the driver will disappear and you will be left with problems to contend with maybe even for life plunging into costs out of your own pocket. You only have a guarantee of legality and your rights if you call the company and not the driver, Remember this and always request confirmation from the company and preferably check its legality on the internet or on the website of the relevant Counsil. It is the company's duty to provide information on its legality; if it refuses to do so, it is illegal. Remember that any "illegal" can come for you under the influence of alcohol or drugs or set you up at any time and you will not be able to do anything about it, so you will have to worry whether he or she will come and whether you will be able to catch your flight, for example, without adding to your travel costs or delaying your dream holiday. It is very common for "illegals" to set up their would-be customers by saying that their car broke down before they arrived, when in fact they caught a better fare :). Please also be aware of the number of passengers in the vehicle. Many literal "IDIOTS" very often from the ILLEGALS on FB who, with a desire for profit, will tell you that a child can be taken on their lap as one more passenger than indicated by the vehicle approval, licence and insurance. This is a complete absurdity, there can only be as many people in the vehicle including the driver as indicated by the vehicle documents or as many passengers as there are on the vehicle licence in the form of a sticker or plate, which are on the vehicle and any of you can read for yourself. A similar thing is the case with luggage; no luggage may be carried in the passenger compartment, as there is a risk of injury in the event of, for example, sudden braking. Therefore, when ordering a minicab, please always take into account the number of people you will be travelling with and the amount of luggage, as well as the capacity of the boot of the vehicle you are ordering. Please bear in mind that ILLEGALS do not drive for free and very often charge for their illegal services similar to what you would pay in a legal company and often even more than a legal company without guaranteeing anything beyond their illegal service.

Remember also that, in the event of a flight cancellation or delay, you can request a bill from a legitimate company to submit to the airline for compensation. In the case of ILLEGALS, there is no such option. Remember also that the airline will check that the taxi company is legitimate and that your bill is original by contacting the taxi company and that it has legal validity in terms of accounting. Remember that any flight can be cancelled and by using ILLEGAL you may miss out on a full refund of your airport taxi fare.
