1. Side www.fucha.co.uk hereinafter referred to as the Service is owned by SarraWeb Ltd hereinafter referred to as the Owner.
2. The website was created to promote the services and activities of Polish companies and private persons (hereinafter referred to as the Service Recipients) in the UK.
3. The legal basis of the Regulations is British law, in particular the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and disputes are resolved by the jurisdiction of English and Welsh Courts.
4. The rights of the Service Recipients ordering advertisements via the Internet are also protected by The Electronic Commerce EC Directive Regulations 2002, The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Provision of Services Regulations 2009, which means that any provision of the contract between the Service Provider and the Customer that violates applicable law is invalid.
5. The owner of the Website allows Service Recipients to make an entry in the database of companies on the Website free of charge. 
6. The owner is not the author of advertisements posted on the Website, and thus will not be a party to sales and service contracts already concluded outside the website. 
7. Recipients are required to post only true, reliable and not misleading information on the Website, and the posted advertisement should be in accordance with the law and good practice, bearing in mind respect for personal rights, copyrights and intellectual property rights of both the service provider and third parties.
8. In order to place an advertisement, you must register on the Website (provide your e-mail address, login and password).
9. We advertise companies operating in the UK. If the Service Recipient covers a wider area with his services (e.g. transport of parcels to Poland), then he enters the city in which he obtains the most orders in the UK.
10.  Registration is not required to view advertisements on the Website. 
11. The Service Recipient has the option to delete his account on the Website. For this purpose, please contact us by e-mail. 
12. The offer of the service includes access to the company directory and the possibility of browsing it, the possibility of adding entries to the company directory - description of activities and services, photos, video, contact details (paid service according to the pricelist on the page - https://www.fucha.co.uk/cennik/ ) and the ability to post comments under company entries. 
13. The Service Recipient is responsible for the content of advertisements posted on the Website. 
14. Payment for additional advertising beyond the free entry on the Website is accepted in advance. 
15. The Owner confirms the ordered service by e-mail (within 24 hours).
16. Payment for the service takes place via the PayPal system. 
17. After paying for the service, the Owner will issue a bill. 
18. By registering on the Website, the Service Recipient agrees to receive messages to the email address provided: messages sent automatically (e.g. information about receiving a private message on the Website), messages from the administrator, newsletters and advertising content.
19. The User's Account may be suspended or deleted if the Service Recipient takes actions to the detriment of the Owner, violates the regulations or uses the Website in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.
20. The customer may resign from the purchased service within 14 days from the date of payment for the service. 
21. Complaints regarding the operation of the Service should be sent to the email address [email protected]. Complaints will be dealt with within three days of submission. We are committed to our customers' satisfaction and therefore make every effort to handle submitted complaints in an impartial and conscientious manner. We are, if possible, in favour of an amicable resolution of all problems.
